To fill: Write name and date on the bag (if desired)‚ open the zippers and start pouring your milk into the bag. Bag will stand up after 1-2 ounces has been poured. Match up the zippers and push them together along the length of the bag.
To store: Place your bag of freshly pumped breast milk in the refrigerator. For longer term storage‚ place the bag in the freezer and lay flat to freeze.
To thaw: In the fridge (slow)‚ countertop (faster)‚ or under running hot running water (fastest). Some separation of milk is normal. Gently mix or swirl‚ do not shake.
