2 tablespoons of dry herb in 32 oz. of pure water. Soak herbs in water for 4 to 8 hours‚ bring to slow boil‚ reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain‚ allow tea to cool and drink.
If stronger tea is desired an additional 2 tablespoons of dry herbs may be added to 32 oz. of pure water heat and serve.
