Ingredients:
• 1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
• 2/3 Cup COCOA POWDER
• 1 1/3 Cups SUGAR
• 1/4 Tsp BAKING POWDER
• 3/4 Cup BUTTER‚ MELTED
• 3 LARGE EGGS
• 1 Tbsp VANILLA
• 1 Cup CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Instructions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. IN large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Add melted butter‚ eggs‚ and vanilla. Mix until fully combined. Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.
3. POUR batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes* or until toothpick comes out clean.

Gluten-Free Buckwheat Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Yields 30 Cookies):
Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
• 1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® GLUTEN-FREE ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1 Stick BUTTER‚ SOFTENED
• 1/2 Tsp BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 Tsp BAKING SODA
• 1/2 Tsp SALT
• 1 Cup CHOCOLATE CHUNKS
• 1/2 Cup SUGAR
• 1/2 Cup DARK BROWN SUGAR
• 2 EGGS
• 1 Tsp VANILLA EXTRACT

Instructions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. CREAM together butter and sugars using a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
3. ADD eggs and vanilla extract. Blend for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape down sides of bowl.
4. IN a medium size bowl‚ combine the flours‚ baking powder‚ baking soda and salt. Add the blended flour mixture to the mixing bowl. Blend on low speed until combined.
5. ADD chocolate chunks and blend on low just until incorporated.
6. SCOOP 1-inch balls of cookie dough onto baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes*.
