Chickpea Flour Crackers
Makes approx. 24 crackers
1 cup Nativas Organics® Chickpea Flour
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Additional flour for dusting
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. Shape the dough into a ball‚ then flatten into a disc and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle lightly with chickpea flour and roll out to 1/4" thick. With a sharp knife‚ slice the dough into squares. Prick crackers with a fork to make holes. Slide the dough and parchment onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes‚ until golden. Allow crackers to cool before separating.
