Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS COCONUT FLOUR
• 1/2 Cup SUGAR
• 1/4 Tsp BAKING SODA
• 1/3 Cup BUTTER‚ MELTED
• 3 EGGS
• 1/2 Tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
• 3/4 Cup WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
• 1/2 DRIED CHERRIES

Instructions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. IN a medium-sized bowl‚ combine coconut flour‚ sugar‚ and baking soda. Mix until well blended.
3. ADD melted butter‚ eggs‚ vanilla‚ white chocolate chips‚ and cherries. Mix until combined. Form tablespoon size dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet.
4. BAKE for 12 to 14 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Gluten-Free Banana Cake (Yields 1 8x8 Cake)
Ingredients:
• 1/4 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS COCONUT FLOUR

• 1 Cup MASHED BANANAS
• 3 Tbsp BUTTER‚ MELTED
• 4 EGGS

Instructions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. IN a large bowl‚ mix coconut flour‚ tapioca flour‚ sugar‚ baking powder‚ cinnamon‚ and salt.
3. ADD vanilla‚ mashed bananas‚ eggs‚ and butter. Mix until smooth.
4. POUR batter into prepared pan. Bake for 33-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
