Pancakes (4") (Makes about 6 Pancakes)
Ingredients:
• 3/4 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS OAT FLOUR PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX
• 1 EGG BEATEN‚ OR EGG SUBSTITUTE
• 2 Tbsp OIL
• 1/3 Cup WATER
• 1 Tbsp SUGAR (OPTIONAL)
Instructions:
1. PREHEAT griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375°F.
2. STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps‚ batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
3. SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry‚ about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
Waffles (6") (Makes about 2 Waffles)
Ingredients:
• 3/4 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS OAT FLOUR PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX
• 1 EGG BEATEN‚ OR EGG SUBSTITUTE
• 2 Tbsp OIL
• 1/3 Cup WATER
• 1 Tbsp SUGAR (OPTIONAL)
Instructions:
1. PREHEAT waffle iron.
2. STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps‚ batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
3. BAKE batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
